Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information FinBrio ("we", "us") collects when you use the FinBrio mobile app and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built FinBrio to be useful without being nosy — we collect the minimum needed to run the product, and we do not sell your data.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use FinBrio, this may include:

• Account information. If you create an account, we collect the email address you sign up with (via Firebase Authentication). No account is required to browse live markets.
• Device & usage data. A randomly generated device identifier, app version, and basic technical data used to deliver content and keep the service reliable.
• Notification tokens. If you enable push notifications or price alerts, we store a push token so we can deliver those alerts to your device.
• Subscription status. If you purchase a subscription, our payments provider (RevenueCat, alongside the Apple App Store or Google Play) processes the transaction. We receive your entitlement status, not your card details.
• Diagnostics. If enabled, anonymized crash and error reports (via Sentry) help us find and fix bugs.

Market data, trade disclosures, and macro indicators shown in FinBrio come from public sources and are not personal information about you.

How we use information

• To provide and maintain the app's features, including alerts and subscriptions.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send notifications you've asked for.
• To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
• We do not share your data except with the service providers below, or where required by law.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate FinBrio, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications), RevenueCat and the Apple/Google app stores (subscriptions), and Sentry (diagnostics). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Data retention

We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).

Your choices

• Use the app without an account to minimize what's collected.
• Turn push notifications on or off in your device settings.
• Request access to, or deletion of, your account data by emailing us.
