Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and FinBrio ("we", "us") and govern your use of the FinBrio mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading, or using FinBrio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

FinBrio provides market data, AI-generated trading signals, tariff and macro dashboards, and related analytics for informational purposes. FinBrio is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange, and nothing in the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

Subscriptions

FinBrio offers a free tier and an auto-renewing paid subscription tier ("FinBrio Pro") that unlocks additional features (advanced signal strategies, unlimited price alerts, extended timeframes, AI-generated analysis, and more, as described in the app at the time of purchase).

• Title. The subscription product is titled "FinBrio Pro" and is sold as a recurring monthly plan (an annual plan may also be offered where shown in the app). The exact title, length, and price for the plan you are purchasing are displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm, and again on the App Store confirmation sheet.
• Length & auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same length (monthly or annual) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown at time of purchase.
• Price. The price is shown in the app before purchase and charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; you'll be notified of any price change before it applies to you, in accordance with App Store / Play Store policy.
• Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, it is clearly labeled with its length on the purchase screen. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price and length shown.
• Payment & management. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Play Store, not through FinBrio directly — you can view, change, or cancel your subscription any time in your device's account settings, or in-app via Profile → Manage Subscription.
• Cancellation. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period; access to Pro features continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies, not by FinBrio directly.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You can request deletion of your account at any time in-app via Profile → Delete Account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service's data or signals without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or security.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.

No investment advice; disclaimer

All content — signals, backtests, scores, and AI-generated commentary — is provided "as is" for informational purposes only, without warranty of any kind, and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal. Past performance (including any backtest) does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinBrio and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and delete your account, at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
